A pull request was opened and merged to this file a few days ago.

This is important and therefore needs to presented at the W3C Weekly call to give the Solid community the chance to comment as well as the weekly Solid Team meeting for them to incorporate the thoughts of the Solid community. It also needs to be approved through a merge from the Solid Leader for legitimacy.

The 'Solid Team Member' is too vague in its description of what the individuals are responsible for so I tried to detail the specific responsibilities of each of the roles to understand who is accountable for what. Ideally we would have clear descriptions of the responsibilities of each of those individuals independently of each other to that responsibilities don't fall in between two individuals.

After a Solid Team discussion, it was agreed that the responsibilities of given team members above and beyond the leader and manager are too varied to be encapsulated in a single official title, but the areas and responsibilities associated with each team member should be illustrated so that the community has a better understanding of who takes care of what. Because the changes listed in this pull request diverge quite a lot from that approach, this pull request will be closed, and those adjustments will be made in a new commit, which will then be submitted as a new pull for review. There were some additions made to the leader and manager description here which will be recorded and incorporated into that new pull.
