Query Builder Deselect All button from Search dialog behaves incorrectly

Describe the bug
When using the Query Builder from the Search dialog of a query combo box, the Deselect All button does not behave correctly. If you select one record and click Deselect All, the record visually deselected, but the Select button is still enabled and will still add the record.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Data Entry and create a new CO record
2. Click the Search button on a query combo box
3. Click Query Builder and query for a record
4. Click on a record
5. Click Deselect All and see that it appears to have been deselected
6. Click Select
7. See that that record has been selected

Expected behavior
The Select button should not be enabled after the Deselect All button is clicked.
