Feature: Grouping like components with sidebar sections #1178

@reggi the current workaround is to name your stories like "prefix.storyname" and then search for "prefix." in the search bar. obviously this is a hack, but it's something that's available today. There are a couple other issues open that are related:
If you think your idea can fit into one of those, perhaps we can close this and continue the conversation there? I think there is a group of people interested in working on this, though I'm not sure of the current status. @usulpro ? |

Im interested in a way to group different components together based on different functionality or location in the app. A great example of a sidebar menu that does this is
GraphiQL
. You can see how when you click a section you have a full menu of new items and you can go back and forth.Alternatively, a way to even group / order them with titles / header could help solve this issue as well.
