Input tag <input type="number"> should be right aligned by default for BS4

Numbers should be right aligned by default in input fields. They are more readable that way.

I'm inclined to leave them as-is—we don't know how folks will use those inputs in the context of larger forms with additional inputs. I can easily seeing folks go either way, so I'd rather rely on them to use the alignment utilities to achieve the desired effect.
