Keep images (or containers?) built for the last few project versions (say, 3) to allow easy rollbacks. Add inertia [remote] rollback ... commands.

deploy: build history bucket (#578)

Adds `containerBucket` to manage container history for a deployed projects.

Once a project is successfully deployed, the bucket is updated with the container ID and other
metadata that can be used to implement a rollback feature.
