Dropdown works as expected on 1.3.3 but not on 1.4.0

On some instances I control isOpenPopup, and autoClose is on outsideClick. It worked in 1.3.3.
It closes when I press the inside the popup even though autoclose is set to outsideClick and isOpenPopup is true.
Maybe I should mention I have multiple dropdowns on the page, because on some instances when one popup was open and isOpen was on outsideClick and the other was on nonInput and I cliked from one popup (still open) to another (to open it), then the nonInput on the second one did not close the second one. It worked on 1.3.3.
