What this PR does / why we need it
This PR updates the installation documentation to include support for the
asdfpackage manager.The handling of the
asdftanzu CLI package is done from this repo: https://github.com/vmware-tanzu/tanzu-plug-in-for-asdfNote that installation of the darwin ARM64 Tanzu CLI using
