What this PR does / why we need it

This PR updates the installation documentation to include support for the asdf package manager.
The handling of the asdf tanzu CLI package is done from this repo: https://github.com/vmware-tanzu/tanzu-plug-in-for-asdf

Note that installation of the darwin ARM64 Tanzu CLI using asdf is being added in this PR: vmware-tanzu/tanzu-plug-in-for-asdf#4
