The puzzle 980-4cee6100 from #980 has to be resolved:

* @todo #980:30min Define new name for Base64Text and TextBase64 in order to
* avoid compound names. These classes are using for decode/encode text using
* the radix-64 representation.

The puzzle was created by @rultor on 14-Jan-19.

If you have any technical questions, don't ask me, submit new tickets instead. The task will be "done" when the problem is fixed and the text of the puzzle is removed from the source code. Here is more about PDD and about me.

The puzzle 980-4cee6100 has disappeared from the source code, that's why I closed this issue.
