New + Refactored Content, and general improvements

New Content:

• ATS & ETS2 Game Server -> First Steps sections.
• SCP: 5K added to Game Server section.

Refactored:

• ATS & ETS2 -> Installing Mods/DLCs guides. Split the original legacy guide into two separate guides for each game.
• General -> Account -> Termination & Cancellation guide. Completely redone with fresh information and info about the process for each.

And...

• Synced up all GS -> First Steps -> Dashboard guides to the respective "setup in a minute" YT video.
• Some other general fixes.
