This PR add the asynchronous serial for the following target:

  • NUCLEO_F103RB

The struct serial_s move to common_objects.h.

test report

For some reasons the cpputest is failing on IAR and GCC.

if switch covers it , this line 492 is redundant?

For some reasons the cpputest is failing on IAR and GCC.

we would like to know more, its worth investigating.

I have some fails even with UT_1 test, so the error should impact more than this pull request. We could open an issue ?
It seems to come from MemoryLeakWaringPlugin. When I remove it I have no error. The error with GCC say Operator new out of memory.

The only info I found about my cpputest version is in the hg_archival:

The failure was from an unrelated board and due to a (now fixed) firmware issue.
