This release is created to replace 4.6.0-rc1 (#2221) that never got published, because as it turned out Chrome does not support the suffix versioning, while node does not support proper 4-parter versioning, allowed by Chrome. So the only version we are left with is to use that weird 3-parter format, compatible with both the node and the Chrome
