Minutes

1. Issues.
   1. Fedora 5's Shiro scheme uses a servlet filter so moving our Syn from a Valve to a Filter.
      • Need a new release of Syn cut.
      • Then Mark will re-test.
      • Then we need to provide some reasonable default permissions on Fedora to allow syncing.
   2. Migration works, metadata works fine. But when the media was migrated on a smaller set it was fine, but on 1700 images some database conflict messages were showing up. Too many files open, trying to allocate the same node id to more than one resource.
      • First we need a configurable way to throttle derivative creation, probably limiting activemq clients.
      • Could also be a problem with the REST interface in Drupal which might be why it was trying to allocate the same node id more than once.
   3. Jared should be able to get this cleaned up with a small PR.
   4. ml/JsonLD have updated to support PHP 7.2 🥂, need to update Chullo PR. Jared to update the composer.lock file.
   5. Danny having some problems, but has it somewhat working.
      • This allows us to define new Alpaca connectors very easily by just providing configuration. It is possible from OSGI but is hard to understand how to do it. fcrepo-camel-toolbox is doing this, so we need to figure out how to do in Gradle what they are doing with Maven.

   6. Shorten and make easier the object creation workflow through the UI. Would be nice to have a block that allows you to upload a file and add the type of file, etc so it could be embedded in the current form.
