Предлагаю писать лог-файл всегда в подкаталоге tmp,
либо вынести путь к нему в настройку в config.php.
Сейчас приходится подправлять util.php.

  1. /tmp не на всех устройствах доступно на запись из под пользователя веб-сервера. На
    роутере, например, это вообще флеш-память, там предварительно chmod делать надо.
  2. В целом имеющаяся система отладки - временная, считается, что в релизе вообще не
    должно быть вызовов toLog. Можешь попробовать написать нормальную, я не против.

Fix saving cookies

When attempting a save cookies, an error was thrown:
"Uncaught TypeError: count(): Argument Novik#1 ($var) must be of type Countable|array, bool given" 

Added parenthesis to fix order of operations
