Project Description

Our project focuses on solving a very fundamental problem of sharing contact information. The usual way of sharing contact is by someone actually spelling their phone number and name while, the other person takes a note of it in their contacts app. This way of sharing contact information is more time consuming and there are higher chances of making mistakes while noting down the information. We propose to create a centralized app where the user can go and create their profile and add their picture, contact info, linked-in, Snap Chat, Instagram, Facebook etc. Our app will generate a QR code and a specific username for the user and they can easily use their camera to scan anyone's QR code and it will add everything straight to their contacts.
