29 year old Leopold Leopoldovich is a recent graduate from medical school and has been stationed in a very rural mid-western town. Leopold Leopolovich is highly regarded for his high examination scores but has few friends to celebrate with. In his new rural setting, Leopold Leopoldovich has even fewer opportunities to make new friends even if he could find time after treating patients all day. Instead of friends, Leopold Leopoldovich resorts to snacking throughout they day and this coupled with his lack of exercise has left him quite overweight. Despite his six figure income, Leopold Leopoldovich prefers cheap junk food over more expensive healthy snacks. His own doctor recommends that he see a dietitian and Leopold Leopoldovich reluctantly goes. The dietitian says it would help to keep track of what and how much he is eating (which can be easily done through a(our) phone app) as Leopold Leopoldovich couldn't recall exactly what he had been consuming. He in truth hardly felt he had an issue despite being such a highly regarded doctor himself.
Unfortunately, Leopold Leopoldovich doesn't seem to have the same motivation as Persona 1 (Gus) for his own sake and may require some alternative source of motivation for success in treating his weight problem.
