Brave crashes upon closing the Private windows

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clean profile 1.44.x
2. Open a private window via hamburger menu
3. Open a Tor windows via hamburger menu
4. Close the private window which is opened in step 2
5. Brave crashes

Actual result:

Expected result:

Should not be any crash
