Actually no monitoring data is being stored in metricbeat-* indices yet. And it's unlikely to be the case for 7.0 as well. So I think we shouldn't mention those indices here just yet.

I figured it's not a bad idea, but adding `.eslintcache` directly to `@kbn/pm` felt wrong, so instead I've added another config options that can go in the package.json file, `clean.extraPatterns`. This array of patterns is passed into `del()` so that it can include things like negation. Summary
This PR updates the Kibana information related to viewing monitoring data (https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/master/monitoring-data.html) and troubleshooting monitoring (https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/master/monitor-troubleshooting.html). In particular, it clarifies the need for Elasticsearch monitoring data to exist for the production cluster before you can see anything for the other other products in that cluster.
