Changes to the frontend

When making changes to the frontend, first of all, make sure that it's based on an open issue that people agree with. A lot of people use the live map, so a new experimental feature might not be accepted, additionally, we also need to make sure it works and looks good on all devices.
To set things up, you need to setup your local environment.
