Protocol:

Marco:

  • Acala call: re-use defi primitives, audited pallets, (also our pallets can be audited with the acala audit). (eg. NFTs to become smart contracts to move around the Polkadot Ecosystem (think of license-NFTs)) Bridges built by Acala, immediate traction from other networks (think of Polygon, Ethereum etc). Contacts, connections)

  • Update OV: first private (token)sale round starting this week (runtime 2 weeks, scope 2M)

  • Company Setup: LVC no target any more for GameDAO --> change the plan to setup a SA (AktienGesellschaft) producing protocols and UIs. Currently going through KYC process. Trustee involved. Possibility to create a share program to contributors. Our legal partner takes care about KYC/AML processes with our investors. Company registration on Marcos Cakeday :-).

  • office situation: so far remote, main area to hang out, do events, meet from time to time (eg. in Berlin, Lisbon)

  • workload high until public beta release 💯

  • unique product we go with

  • ideas to drop early contributor NFTs (eg. for badges, additional voting weight, simple collectible --> rough ideas to be iterated on). ability to create audio-NFTs combined with visuals, RMRK ("best composalbe NFTs") [everyone currently (pre-launch) involved with GameDAO]
