To improve user experience, store some user specific preferences to customize the application.
Preferences that user can customise:
- Search app
- Default tab (home/search/map)
- Search
- Sort order
- Number of results per pages
- Facet states (list of opened/collapsed facets)
- Default language
- Editor app
- Default tab per schema
- Tooltip state
Preferences are stored as JSON in the User table and will be applied once user is identified.
In the search app, a panel allows identified users to configure their owns preferences. The panel provides:
- restore defaults
- list of preferences with options
- Type: UX
- Module: Angular app
