Strapi Cloud: Billing & Usage section updates
Corrected grammar in the TypeScript development docs regarding the proper path for importing types.
Update azure.md with another node version since strapi requires it to be 18 or later .

This PR updates the backups section in Cloud profile settings to mention that Team plans will now have daily backups.
