REPL on iOS: Input/output toggle is only visible after awkward scroll

Describe the bug

Recently I fixed a tiny visual issue in the REPL when viewing the REPL on iOS with #5153, and this issue in svelte-js/site-kit fixes another . Seeing as there is some momentum around the REPL on mobile I would love to log this bug so it is known.

In Safari iOS, if you enter a REPL, you don't see the bottom controls:

If you scroll, you can get to the input/output control, but then you lose the title of the REPL.

I think this might be able to be fixed with -webkit-fill-available (see article).

• Use iOS simulator or a real iOS device
• Visit https://svelte.dev/repl
• Try to scroll to the output
