What
getConfigWithMetadataandlistConfigWithMetadataseems to be unused. Removing them simplifies code tracking because it cuts off cyclic a dependency betweenDatabaseConfigPersistenceandValidatingConfigPersistencethat is no longer used.This should help when actually breaking out the the different parts of
DatabaseConfigPersistence.How
Remove dead code.
