#1287 - Added a timestamp to the report history for when a model year report is returned to the vehicle supplier.
#1451 - Reduced the upper limit for Credit Applications from 50,000 VINs to 2,000 VINs in both the Excel template and the Credit Application page.
#1831 - Adjusted the original transaction to reflect credit reduction amounts when a reassessment is issued.
#1807 - Updated Compliance Obligation tab logic to support MY reporting for small suppliers, recognizing that they don’t have a compliance obligation.
#1872 - For small suppliers, removed credit selection radio buttons under the compliance obligation tab and replaced with appropriate text to guide user experience.

Bug Fixes
#1788 - Implemented modal confirmation pop-ups when recommending or issuing credit agreements/adjustments.
