Sphinx is Kaltura's default choice of full-text indexing server. This package will include the files and configs needed for a Sphinx Kaltura Indexing server role.

Created kaltura-sphinx and also RPM/scripts/build/package_sphinx_source.sh for source retrieval and packaging.

we don't have a i686 repo seeing how we do not support this arch.
