Please describe the problem (or idea)

Add a start a new sequence button in the header which when clicked, opens a new page 📄 for editing a new picture. The output of this button could either be loaded on the same tab or be opened in a new tab.

What did you expect to see that you didn't?

GitMate.io thinks possibly related issues are #342 (Add a success prompt for saved sequence), #466 (Add an "insert step" button on each step UI), #395 (Disable the Save Sequence button until one step is added), #391 (Add download button to download image from a specific module), and #373 (Button to top).
