Atlantis outputs all refreshed resources before outputting the final plan output in the PR comments (tf 0.14.2)

What the title says.

I am using atlantis v0.15.1 and tf v0.14.2 and getting this:

while the plan output should only include:

No changes. Infrastructure is up-to-date.

This means that Terraform did not detect any differences between your
configuration and real physical resources that exist. As a result, no
actions need to be performed.

was excited about the 0.14 concise diff until I saw the resource refresh come streaming through!!!

any update, looks like #1352 is the closest fix but some changes are required?

Apparently your PR merge commit was reverted:374e826

Can we reopen this?

it was because it failed tests - for some reason the tests didn't kick off on the PR, but you can track here #1433
