Action Items

  • Kirsta and Isabella will promote open meeting early next week, schedule monthly meetings with TAG (coordinate with Bethany), and move the meeting back to 10:30 (and make next meeting agenda)
  • Amy will carry forward the meeting planning, reaching out to others as necessary to finish coordination.
  • Everybody to review the Terms of Reference and Code of Conduct documents so we can finalize next time.
  • Put comments and questions on Isabella's document re: meeting platforms so we can move the research forward addressing the particular concerns we have.

Notes

  • Went through the active list of participants to see who we knew.
  • Discussed and took notes about the January open meeting. How to manage migration panel and move forward. An open discussion about who should be included and invited, and the best way to shape this session. Amy Blau will reach out to people and ask questions. After session, we may create a fact sheet on Islandora migration methods.
  • Kirsta and Isabella will move the meeting a half hour later (move back to 10:30 start time and communicate accordingly). Also follow up with institutions that don't have representatives.
  • Thanks to Mike and Bethany! Discussed transition to new members.
  • TAG Definition <-- discussed new direction of TAG. Bethany presented the document and there was general enthusiasm and support of the approach.
  • Discussed Google Meeting vs Zoom (in context of DIG meetings)
