chore: create afterOmnichannelSaveMessage

[ggazzo]

The idea is exactly that: a chore, to accommodate future code improvements in a less confusing way.
OPI-9
Basically, the event will only run for omnichannel rooms, making the code simpler and giving us more confidence.
