* Remove the install & uninstall endpoints from the block-directory

* Set the endpoint for the block by using the self link property

* Remove erroneous route tests

The install and uninstall routes no longer exist on this controller, as they've moved to the plugin controller.

* Update e2e install mock url to fix tests.

Use a more specific <script> matching (#23407)

* Use a more specific matching pattern to only affect the `<script>` tags which we're interested in.

This uses the full `<script>` produced by `WP_Scripts::do_item()` ignoring the Translations and before/after inline scripts, which allows for it to exclude `<script%` tags contained within the before/after html chunks.

Remove the gutenberg-block-directory experimental flag (#23389)

This removes the flag and its UI, enabling the block directory by default.

Note that it does not change the API namespace, which is still `__experimental`.

* Remove the experiment toggle in block directory e2e.

* Move e2e tests into the editor folder and out of experiments.

Bleh, I always forget that this step in the release process isn't possible as Travis CI won't run PRs that have merge conflicts. I'll run tests locally.
