    • concerns about organizing camp in spring & con in august
      • camp intended as hands-on workshop experience without additional programming
      • con more presentations & fewer workshop experiences
      • possible to combine both into joint event?
        • hybrid on-line / in-person
        • workshops as 2 streams - intro & topic-specific hackdoc(s)
      • whose decision?
      • clarity still needed about ICC's role (re: event planning, roadmap, etc.)
  • Discuss draft proposal for iterative development workshop
    • is this a baked-enough idea to take to leadership?
      • further discussion before asking for LG support
    • what's the ask?
    • what are the desired outcomes?
      • healthy pathway for users to contribute to goals on the roadmap
      • furthers discussion between institutions about shared goals & implementation before coding starts
      • helps foundation to organize & prioritize goals for roadmap
        • does not directly fund development at this point
        • could be in preparation for grant applications
• Broader discussion of ICC role in supporting non-sprint events
