Generate secrets script is printing an error, Don mentioned that may be causing the downstream errors.

Josh mentions that the devf provile has the passwords hard-coded.

Yamil suggests we create an issue to track the failing test.

The script is trying to ping the Drupal server but is getting 500 errors, so there may be something broken in the PHP code.
