Request

The drop-down will be populated with a list of rolls available in your system, along with basic dice rolls.

  • D&D 5th Edition: Tool rolls are not available through the MATT UI.
  • D&D 5th Edition: Initiative is not available, as the system has locked that function down.
  • PF 2nd Edition: Lore rolls are not available through the MATT UI.

DC

The target number the roll needs to meet or beat to succeed. This is required if this action is preceding a Redirect Request Results action. Only the GM can see the DC.

This field accepts Handlebar Expressions.

Flavor Text

This text field accepts handlebar expressions, which can be used to customize the message based on existing data.

  • {{token.name}} Sends the name of the triggering token to the message.
  • {{user.name}} Sends the name of the triggering user to the message.

Custom HTML

This field can be stylized with custom HTML.

Who can see the roll.

Bypass Dialog

If this is checked, it skips the Tokenbar dialog box.

If this is unchecked, the GM can select multiple skills when the dialog window is shown after triggering by CTRL + right-click, or META + right-click on Mac; the player will then be able to choose from among the selected skills which one to roll with.

  • Doesn't work in Starfinder as of 0.5.2; they don't have an option in the system to bypass this.

Auto-Roll

If this is checked, the dice automatically roll when the request is run.

  • Any Failed

  • If on Pathfinder 2E, the "Preview D20 Rolls" setting can override auto roll settings from the tile for users. You need to uncheck it. This window is found by clicking "PF2e Player Settings" in the Game Settings tab.
