MessagePumpEfl and ShellEfl should provide some ground work.

I'm not 100% sure I've chosen the right place to call gfx::EflShutdown(),
but it should be enough for now.
Some targets in base.gyp require that to work properly, particularly the
"host" part.
This is based on dshwang's original commit, with the addition of
GetDefaultXDisplay(), since we need to replace MessagePumpGtk instead of
"only" MessagePumpGlib.

MessagePumpEfl probably still has a lot of problems, but should be
sufficient for now.

Any struct of size > 4 bytes should be passed by const ref.
Passing by ref for these structs is faster than passing by value,
especially when invoking function has multiple parameters and some
other scenarios mentioned in the bug.

> Introduce RenderFrameProxyHost object and use it in RFHM.
>
> This is the first CL in a series to create RenderFrameProxy(Host) infrastructure. Before the Blink codebase is ready to transform local and remote frames, the proxy objects will keep internally the existing RF/RFH in swapped out state. This CL creates the browser side proxy object and wraps the swapped out RFH.

To analyze the impact of prefetching high-confidence search suggestions in Android Chrome, this CL,
- Adds a listener for counting Google searches from various search access points. No actual search query content is observed.
- Records the search count based on the prerendering settings.

(see trybot results in patchset #8).

…add browser tests. (patchset #8 of https://codereview.chromium.org/444603003/)"

This reverts commit e8e3874 and fixes
the flakiness of the tests.

The fix is in patch set #2: when the icon is deleted before the bubble, it
clears the icon pointer in the bubble.

Ran five times on the bots without causing failures.

…<Request>* rather than a RequestHandle* (patchset crosswalk-project#11 id:200001 of https://codereview.chromium.org/1439053002/ )

Reason for revert:
Top crasher on Canary has PAC script cancellation on callstack. Very likely a bug or interaction with this CL.

Reverting until I have a chance to fully investigate.

Original issue's description:
> Change ProxyResolver::GetProxyForURL() to take a scoped_ptr<Request>* rather than a RequestHandle*

The problem is the default close all action allows the behavior
to be delegated out (in particular to the tab switcher UI) that
delays actually closing the tabs. By removing the ability to
delegate the close all, we ensure the tab count reaches 0 as
we expect in the code.

Deleting the program cache is not safe because not all channels are
closed before hand. There's specific check for leaving webgl context
behind. Those context would be using a dangling program cache pointer
after that.
