3.3.2. SDD Editor
This is Working Files' editor for SDDs.
The editor can be used as a regular excel sheet. You can edit cells by double clicking, add or remove rows and undo edits. Toggle between the show and hide options for more functionalities. By clicking on any term in the sheet, see the description and more information about the column variable in the “Description” text box located at the top of the page.
To use an ontological term not found in the provided recommendations, go to “Shop Terms” and choose a specific ontology to search.
Arrive the “Browse Metadata Page”. Here, search for the desired term and use the “Find Next” and “Find Previous” buttons to navigate through the given tree structure. Add desired terms to the cart, found on the top right hand side of the page by right clicking on the specific term and choosing “Add to Cart”.
Terms can be removed from the cart by clicking the “x” next to the specific term. After completion, navigate back to SDD Editor page by clicking “Back to SDD” at the top right hand side of the page.
Once at the SDD Editor page,view the terms in the cart by clicking on “View Cart”.
Add the desired terms to the sdd editor sheet by clicking on the desired cell first, then select the desired term from “View Cart”.
Click “Show Options” and the “Verify” button to verify that the IRI found in the sheet are valid ontological IRIs.
