Ensure that Leap 16 can install. These are missing product repositories containing packages inherited from SLFO.

Leap 16 - agama openqa scheduled for Friday. Ánton Pappás promised me help :-)

Please, fix the archs key. Anyway, if it works, you might want to rename the file to leap_160.yaml (without the .disabled suffix). In that case, do not forget to update the spec.
