Greatly increases chance of obtaining higher quality loot in Arms Race (4x Legendaries).
If you want to tweak the drop rates, download this file, tweak the final number (corresponding to %chance) of each line to your liking, then add this modified local file to your hotfixes list.
I recommend to keep at least 1% drop chance for White & Green, or you might find empty chests. Also, you might want to make sure it all adds up to 100%, although I'm not sure it makes a difference.
